More demanding than the previous one, this sequence not only opens up and strengthens blood circulation and internal organs (kidneys, lungs, heart, liver, spleen), but also promotes better balance, strengthening muscles and tendons, as well as greater flexibility and coordination. This Qi Gong assists the body in the natural expulsion of toxins and waste produced and accumulated by the organism, notably through bad habits and lifestyle.
